What is the Bevie Online Ordering Platform? Bevie Online Ordering Platform is a web-based application for retailers and wholesalers to;

  • Submit order requests for Bevie products
  • View pending orders
  • View past orders
  • View the Bevie product catalogue including detailed product descriptions

How does the Online Ordering Platform work?

The Online Ordering Platform is updated daily to maintain accurate customer information, product information, stock levels, shipping costs, orders and invoices. This allows for new orders to have the fastest possible turnaround and delivery.

 

Do you have guides on how to use the Online Ordering Platform?

Your Account

How do I sign into the Online Ordering Platform?

If you have already registered to open an account with Bevie, and have your login details, you can sign in at any time with your supplied credentials. Remember to bookmark this link to make finding it in the future easier.

 

How do I request access to the Online Ordering Platform? The Online Ordering Platform is available only to existing customers of Bevie. If you have already registered an account, you will be sent detailed information about your account and this platform.

 

What happens to my information once I become a Bevie customer? We take your privacy and the protection of your personal and business information very seriously. This is to make sure no unauthorised people have access to your information and cannot place orders on your behalf. We will also never share your information with a third party and will only hold and use the information purely for the required business needs in working with you.

 

How do I check and update my account settings? Once logged in, click the down arrow in the top right-hand corner of the screen. In the drop-down menu, click ‘My Settings’. Here you can check and update all your account settings.

 

I forgot my login details or password. If you’ve forgotten your login details, click the ‘forgot password’ button on the login screen, to reset your password. If you do not have success with this, contact Bevie customer support at info@bevie.co.

Homepage

What can I find on the homepage?

Once logged in, you will be on the homepage. From here you can shop via category; Distilling, Beer and Cider Making, Food and Gift Kits, Wine Making, Sale Items, New Items and Most Popular. In the search bar, you can look for a specific product by name or SKU. There are also links to My Orders, for you current and past orders, Downloads, for a list of helpful links to documents and files you may need, Help, for an FAQ and help videos, and your Account, for checking and updating your settings and logging out.

Ordering

Why should I use the Bevie Online Ordering Platform?

We highly recommend using the Bevie Online Ordering Platform and encourage you to watch the tutorial videos before placing an order. From accurate customer information, product information, stock levels, shipping costs, orders and invoices, the platform allows us to deliver the best service to you.

 

How do I find an item to order?

Once logged in, you’ll be on the homepage. From here you can shop via category; Distilling, Beer and Cider Making, Food and Gift Kits, Wine Making, Sale Items, New Items and Most Popular. In the search bar, you can look for a specific product by name or SKU.

 

How do I place an order?

Find the product or products you’re looking for and enter in the amount you need in the Qty box or use the large + sign to add one unit at a time. When finished choosing your items, click on the Checkout button near the top right-hand corner. Check all information is correct, such as billing information and address, shipping information and address, and the items and quantities. When this has been checked, click the Submit Order button in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

 

Importing an order via CSV?

Whether you would like to upload a previously completed order or just prefer to initially work from a CSV file when planning your stock, the CSV upload tool can make short work of placing your orders with us at Bevie. Follow this guide for instructions on uploading an order from a CSV. See the DOWNLOADS section for an upload template.

Shipping Charges

How do I know how much shipping will be?

Shipping is automatically calculated once you reach the Checkout. But please note these are accurate, but only indicative. The final cost will be displayed to you on your invoice once your order has been fulfilled.

 

Are there discounts to shipping?

Shipping discounts are calculated on an account-by-account basis and you will receive information on your discount terms when your account is opened. They are automictically calculated and shown during the Checkout stage in the form of a pop-up message.

Payment

What payment options do I have?

The methods of payment will be discussed and created during your account signup process. They will either be;

Credit – your account will have a unique amount of credit available to you. You will not be asked for any further payment details when placing an order and will be able to submit your order request, if you have a positive amount of credit left on your account.

Cash – payment using a cash method can be made in two ways; Credit Card (coming soon) – you may pay for your order at any time using your credit card. Choose to ‘add a new card’ on the checkout page or in your account settings menu, to set up this payment method. Direct Deposit – if your account has not been authorized for credit, you may still submit an order request. However, your order will then be flagged for ‘review’ and await a bank deposit of the required funds. You will receive an invoice for the order with these details after submitting the order request and confirmation once the funds have been cleared.

Order Status & Confirmations

How do I know my order has been received?

After submitting your order request, you will firstly be displayed a confirmation pop-up on screen. Secondly all your current orders will be displayed with their current status in the ‘Orders’ section found in the top menu bar. If your order is not being displayed here after several attempts, please contact customer support.

 

Why is my order in review? Depending on how your account has been set up for payment options, your order request may be placed in ‘review’ either due to;

  • Low remaining credit
  • Outstanding invoices
  • Waiting for funds to be cleared
